>> True Information: This is a false definition. Wright puts a twist on it. He could have easily quoted directly from the Scientology dictionary in which Mr. Hubbard defines withhold in a Saint Hill Special Briefing Course lecture in 1962:

A withhold is an unspoken, unannounced transgression against a moral code by which the person was bound.

And in another lecture:

the unwillingness of the pc to talk to the auditor or tell him something.

And again a withhold is something that a person believes that if it is revealed it will endanger their self-preservation.
